long range fuel tanks for NG Pajero

Hi everybody, I did some searching on this forum as well as others but didn't find much info on aftermarket long range fuel tanks... What I wanted to know about is peoples different experiences (good and bad) and opinions on different brands of fuel tanks. In my old NA Paj shorty I had an 85 litre Brown Davis replacement tank. I didn't have a problem with it, except for the fact that when the fuel bowser clicked when re-filling my car, I had to keep re-filling again and again and again until i could literally see the diesel in the tank. If I stopped filling my tank after it clicked the first time, my car would only be 3/4 full. While this wasn't a major problem, it usually meant that I couldn't accurately measure my fuel consumption on long trips... Now I have a 1990 NG Paj LWB and would be interested in replacing my stock 92 L tank with a long range one. I know that Long Ranger make a 145 L replacement tank for $1200 fitted (at ARB), 4WD Systems make a 132 L replacement tank for $900 fitted and LRA make a 52 L auxiliary tank for $1495 fitted (at TJM).
Next year I would like to do Cape York and reckon a long range tank would be a much better option (especially since i put a hole in my stock tank and had to have it re-welded in Birdsville this year), but I am wondering which brands are good, and which ones to avoid? From what I have found out so far Long Ranger and LRA are the better brands... Is this true?

Ive now had both a LRA & a Lone Ranger, Happy with either.

If buying new id probably go with LRA only because they are in Melbourne & support would be more readily available.

the only thing is that LRA apparently doesn't have a replacement tank for the NG, only auxiliary (they have replacement tanks for NH onwards). I don't think that my stock fuel tank would be the toughest tank on the market for outback travel, that's why I was kind of thinking of getting rid of the stock one and replacing it with a long range one... When I was on the phone to LRA the other day, I asked if their NG Paj auxiliary tank would fit under my car with another long range fuel tank, and they said yes it would, so that may be a good option for me in the future if the long range replacement tank doesn't give me enough range!
