2h to 12ht conversion

hey all
thinking about ripping out the 2h out of the 60 and putting in a 12ht.
any one tell me whats involved?
if the 12th is 100% complete what else is required?

I did one a few years ago in a 75 series wasnt that hard everything bolts up we didnt connect the air preheat that is on the air intake was a very tight fit under the bonnet because of the air intake well worth doing GL.

bolt for bolt the same some slight diffrences but they are the same

will all bolt up
differences are in the pre heating, 2H uses glow plugs, 12HT uses a glow screen and the controller is also different.
Exhaust will be different, but if you get the dump pipe with the motor that should bolt up to the exhaust if its still OEM, and from the same vehicle.
virtually no other differences that will affect the swap.

when i did it we found that it didnt need the preheat correct me if im wrong but i think there direct injection?

your right, direct injected.
Preheat makes it easier to start when its cold. If you were expecting a trip to the snow, id definantly make sure your preheat system is working.
