i was wondering what sorta price a 1.6 model vitara gearbox would be worth. its a 5 speed manual and has the transfer on it. its off an early model vitara.

depends on a forum like this about $250 no warrenty and usually in unknown condition, evenif u say it's perfect.

from a wreckers between $450-$700

reason being is they give a warrenty and these gearboxes are getting older and more fatigued. also most are inported i'd guess which cost more.
