Ford Ranger wheels

Does anyone know if 15 inch sunraisers from a hilux will fit onto a ranger? Do they clear the brakes and steering components? Dad wants to get a 2nd set of wheels for his ranger and i can get my hands on a cheap[ set of 15's from a hilux.
