Find a buyer then ask him.
it maybe hard to find a SERIOUS buyer (all the OL kiddies will "ME ME ME" it until it ccomes to payin) for the Blown Stroked V8...
Turbo Diesel, sell any day of the week.

i think the turbo diesel would sell off a lot quicker than the v8, but may get a bit more coin for the v8 eventually once the right buyer comes along, would help if on gas too.

I think its a big over kill. Go a stock V8 forsure. Just make sure its a fuel injected one.

How about turbo 383, running on BBQ Gas (LPG)
Big power, Good economy, but I'm thinking around $14k plus gas kit for the donk
The V8 would have to be more $$$, unless you build a 160kw+ td42 ( at the treads.)
Having said that, you made me think long and hard about parting with my Wagon and grabbing your Green ute.
I would have had around $20k left to put back into the bank.
I also think I am not the only one in this situation, so I would maybe have a think about the type of person who bought your last creation, and use them as a guide to who might buy the next one.
Lot of ppl crapping themselves about the economy at the moment.
Your cars sell because they are unique.

160+ kw. Now compair that to my aussie gen 3 (which is different and has more power than the import ls1's) stock, 300 bhp instantly in my gu. People have been nagging me to buy it. Pulling me over etc..
Mine was 1 of the first and took 6 months to do. But would be so easy now. If you had a business doing up patrols and putting the 350 in them. You'd have no trouble at all selling them. same fuel eco as stock 4.2td aswell. And ive put it through its paces offroad. No water drama's at all.
great allround engine but not cheap.

thanks for all your input.
i already have the v8 supercharged engine see , just want to put it in some thing or i will sell it......
i love turbo diesels and think i will put the v8 in and if it doesnt sell quickly i will put the diesel in only a couple day job to change over.
bit of fun to drive around to think...............
already have everything for the next one, dropped off interior yesterday, ill make some guards today or tomorrow.....

Turbo diesel would be shit easy to sell! IMO a well sorted hi-po TD42T sounds just as good as a V8, albeit completely different.
Another possibility, what about a straight gas (LPG) turbocharged 4800 VTC?? Our Nissan fans over in UAE seem to be able to churn some big HP out of them.
