your running diffs that have brakes that were never designed for a zook master. you'll have to see how she works first before making tweaks.

there are a few people in the suzi club running rear pintara calipers and disks. (I think its pintara) from all reports they work fine without the need to muck around with proportioning valves because they were always intended for the rear of a car and are smaller then front disk brakes. the other nice thing about them is that they have handbrake attachments on them. so no more shitty transfer case brakes that don't work.

just a note: you will have to get custom made caliper brackets for pintara brakes. im not aware of anyone selling them commercially.

I think joeblow is on the money with brackets. Around $380 a pair last I heard. Look to be a good mod.

Pulled from Auszookers... EDIT: check this thread Mr Green for discussion on this caliper mount. http://www.auszookers.com/index.php?nam ... pic&t=2789

sorry...been busy...they are 2 piece becuase i make a few custom diff housings that require different caliper offsets. one caliper may require 2 x 6mm plates and one may need 1 x 6mm and 1 x 8mm, get what i mean? plus they keep costs down because its alot easier for laser cutters to deal with sheet 10mm and under. just getting the new lathe sorted at the moment and will be ready for production around chrissy. if anyone is interested pm me.

oooo ok, that makes sence!, so how hard is it to do this conversion? i guess it will have to be aproved by an engneer, not much point doing it to 1ltr diffs, might have to buy some WT diffs :D
