can some-one please help me to identify this diff its in a 1986 hilux but not standard

Not a hilux thats had the rear cover cut off and replaced?

Thats an early C-clip Semi float Landcruiser housing. But chances are they only used the centre section and grafted the hilux axle tubes and axles onto it. Is it still centred not offset?

In any case the diff center is the same as a 40,55,60 or 75 series. Im guessing its got a V8? Was a very common diff swap a few years back.
