Took my roza for a run along the beach yesterday, all hard pack sand between wonnerup and peppi grove and begun to experience overheating dramas. after stopping several time to let her cool down she finally hit critical mass as i came of the beach into the carpark, spewing steam from out under the dash and seeming to lose a great quantity of water under neath as well. after refilling the radiator and getting all air bubbles out she drove back to bunbury fine, getting hot only once. my concerns are now i have weakened my cooling system considerably however i wish to know if and what action should be taken inside the dash, and any remedies to assist with the overheating probs. i did notice in a post that part feroza part mouse had written feroza = overheating but surely we can win the some of the battles

Feroza = Overheating

I've tried a significant number of "solutions" all with limited results. Every time I start making more power than stock ( ie more the SFA.... ) bingo cooling issues.

About the only thing I haven't changed / redesigned is the actual waterpump and I've started making a new impeller - the original design is HORRIBLE.

Who knows persistence may solve it but I'm sick of the "H" motors and having to drive EVERYWHERE with the heater on full bore.....
