OKay i just bought a Mq TD and the clutch engages just 1cm off the floor and its a bit annoying. Can they be adjusted in anyway to engage a little further up?? It doesnt seem to be slipping, did the ol 20kms an hour in fourth and foot to the floor and it didnt slip a bit, It doesnt seem to have any leaks and the slave cylinder doesnt seem more than a few years old..
Can they be adjusted..

There is a slight adjustment on the bar that comes off the master cylinder and attaches to the pedal.
You need to remove the pin that attaches it to the petal and unscrew to make it longer.
Also check if the hole in the pedal where the pin goes though hasnt flogged out over time and become larger than the pin. If it has you will need to drill it out and put a bolt in it.
I would suggest thats ore than likely the issue.
Im in Ballajura NOR if you get stuck and need a hand.

I need to buy you some cold ones my friend. I only drove it up and down my driveway but it now feels perfect, engaging right where i like it.
6 Mechanics said there was no adjustment!!!!!..
