hey ive got a 94 80series which runs the 16" rims and ive had a 15 on the front before in a emergency with no probs but the rear wont fit because of calipers so i want to know can you get wheel spacers to clear the caliper or even just a bigger offset rim and if not has anyone done a brake downsize to pre-94 to fit 15s if so what do you need??? only reason i ask is all my mates have a few sets of tyres and usually swap them around and they have offered to sell me sets cheap that are like 95% tread on new rims but there 15s and i have 16s.
if anyone could help would be great
thanks

if you are patient, you will pick a hole 15 inch brake diff,in the for sale section for $300 to $450 and just swap the parts over, its easier and you pick up all the spares, its all ways the way though when you want one they will be $500 and when you dont one will come up for $20, or you could chase the wreckers for the bits, but id prefere to buy a diff

I havent done this but I was told a while back (when I nearly got some 15's) that they only just hit and its easier to grind the corners of the calipers down, not enough to weaken the calipers, just enough to make them clear.
