Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hey guys,
my patrol has cracked at the firewall where the right hand inner fender thingo meets the firewall.. its broken the spot welds and moved forward a couple a mm, ive heard this happens on patrols. do people usually just weld them back up or what? the body mounts like fine cheers

check around the engine bay, there will be more, as ya say, far from uncommon.

Repair the welds and fit a diagonal brace as was added to the GU. I also weld in a piece of 25mm box along the top of the inner gaurd, the outer gaurd will refit as normal.

thanks man.. wheres the diagonal brace run? dont think ive ever noticed one.

from about 1/3 the way down the firewall to about 1/3 the way along the inner guard.
