Outer Limits 4x4 Board

What oil are people running on a 12HT. Was running Castrol RX Super, then ran genuine Toyota oil for a while.

What do people think is best.

Whatever oil is recommended by Toyota.

So a 15w 40.

I used Castrol RX Super until I got CAT DEO for alot cheaper.

I use Shell rimula X in my 2H.

Penrite hpr 15 40 its good stuff been using it for years

The concences seems to be fuind whatever brand in toyo spec you like and stick with it. saves conflict with different additive packages

i use penrite when $$$ allows for it

i alwise use castrol rx super use it in 1hz turbo, 12ht, tractor, hj47 2h turbo, truck, cood oil.

A 20L drum of CAT DEO is alot cheaper than people think. I'm sure it's around $65. I could be wrong. I work in the workshop at Thornton, I get it cheaper than that. You can also get it in 5L bottles and 1000L cubes. If you do the math on the cubes, there awesome value for money.
