Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I have a TJM bar and am about to fit a winch. It appears I need a frame to mount the winch to the chassis rails and not the bar. The bar is compatible (has cut outs etc) but requires this "frame" any idea what one looks like ? $350 to buy, possibly I could build something. Any pics would be appreciated .. thanks

Basically its a piece of 10mm or 12mm plate thats bolts between your chassis and bull bar mounts and the winch sits on it and bolts down onto. when i bought mine 2 years ago it was only $220 from memory
