clutch on the way out?

gday all
have a few noises. Only when cold start i get a rather quick knocking/ tapping noise , goes away as soon as push clutch or when warm. Another more recent one is a higher pitched rattle sounds more metallic. Goes away when raise revs slightly or as soon as warm, cant hear it in engine bay at all only when you put your head under drivers door. Also get a bit of vibration on take off, clutch has never slipped, tows great, and no probs with peddle pressure or gear selecting just concerned. any ideas ???
