MK coil suspension conversion

Looking for some help with setting up my mk twincab ute..... wanna put coil suspension in it.... Running a worked 327 chev with a gq diesel 5 spd.... seen a thread on here a little while ago with tech drawings from a guy who did it.... can anyone help

probably easier and cheeper to get a gq chasis mate and make it fit

hey wicked are the fronts still leaves???
and did you use the fron of the rear spring points as the bits for the arms?

They dont look like the front spring mounts

im meaning the front mounting point of the rear springs is that wat you thought i meant hoppy

i'm after something custom not something someone else has already engineered.... everything has its limits so i want to build something different.... if you worry about cost then you shouldn't be building cars

Yer, SPOA.
Nope. They are mounted to a custom mount close to the T-case.

yea thats what I meant, they look different to the original mounts, but Wicked has said that now anyway

So do you think that that GQ diffs and suspension could be grafted onto the MK chassis.

of course it can.....but is it road legal in Oz?
you would be better off just doing custom trailing arms/links and panhard then using GQ stuff. Get a better set up in the end and likely cheaper.
GQ diffs are wider, Wicked knows exactly how much.

Rear - Yes but is it worth it over a 4 link, IMHO No.
Front - Need to work out steering and Panhard mount..... Possible....
