MQ front suspension/ drive shaft cross member problem.

i was out playing at ormeau on the weekend and once i got home i thought i would have a look under the car, and found that the front drive shaft has been rubbing on the front cross member the front sway bars are removed and i think the front leafs have been played with. there seems to be a fear amount of preasure on the crossmember by the looks of the rubbing.
has any one hade this problem?

yep !!!!!
this is why I cut em out n shift em back 6"
diesels are worse than petrols.... the cardinal joint tends to give enuff clearence on the petrol ones untill it gets into the ruff stuff

Also check shock rubbers not loose or compressed to much, a few mm can make a difference.
Easy way to mod x member is to cut out where its rubbing and insert a section of pipe ie. "C" on its back.

shouldnt happen unless u have a fair bit of lift??????
