Hey all. Just got 4 new tyres...265x75x16 (approx 803mm diameter) My spare is a 275x70x16 (approx 791 diameter) Will that diameter difference cause any problems if i need to use my spare ? Cheers in advance....

That is quite a small difference, so while technically it will make the planetary gears work slightly more in a straight line, I doubt it will be detrimental to anything...

No worse than putting a new spare onto a nearly worn set. Don't worry about it.

Dont stress too much, i run 37's and my spare is a 35, i just run it on the front to limp home or to get a repair

You get a post like this where a guy is genuinely worried about a very small (1.4%) tyre size difference.

And then you get the other thread where a guy is genuinely proud he used pop rivets to hold a winch fairlead on.

Outers has it all.

PS: I mean no disrespect to you twocs, I think your question is legitmate and shows you have alot of respect for your car.
