Vit hubs

Vit locking hubs will fit on a sierra wont they ???
Oh yeah .. thety must work proplerly as well

Yeah they fit but I found sierra ones are better, I always had trouble with the vitara ones not locking in no matter how much I cleaned, sealed and greased but the sierra ones never a problem although they are almost identical internally(infact I think all the parts are interchangable)

Had soem problems with one of mine but it came down to incorrect reassembly.
I have some Sierra ones here if you really need them Guy.
I'd say that buying some decent aftermarket ones is a better long term solution than either.

Going from memory here, I think the sierra ones had more metal in the casing and cover, where the vitara ones had a little too much plastic. Stephen is right about the Sierra ones lasting longer.
I don't know what the prices are over there for aftermarket hub kits, but I sold warn hubs for chevy/dodge/jeeps for about $100US a set last year.
I don't think it's worth the money.
Did sam ever have problems with his hubs during competition?
