Just spent $700 on a full service for my newly brought Feroza. Wasn't sure when the last service was done so I thought it was best to fork out for it. When I was there i asked for them to have a look at the timing belt. Just as well because it was very worn and close to breaking. They tell me if it did then i'd be up for a new motor. It had done 94,000 kms. Just letting everyone know that it's worth the check.
They also found water in the gearbox???? not sure how that happened, anyone know?

Water gets in through the breathers. When you go through water, the gearbox and diffs get a cold blast, so the air contracts and sucks in air / water from outside. Easy fix, check the breater lines, and extent them higher.

Sorry. On top of the diffs, gearbox and transfer case are plastic piping. These provide a 'breather' which allows the air flow when the oil and air changes volume.

There are lots of ways to lift, but basically all your doing is lifting the open end of pipe to a higher level.
