Its a good idea. I bought some and was disapointed. I was recomended to get them resetted and one more added to make it heave duty. There are many places that reset them.

Just get new ones. I had a set reset and didnt last long at all.

The EFS springs in my rocky are 2" raised and the main leaf is longer.

Its a lot more comfortable too

Poor bugger.

Cost me about the same for brand new springs and u bolts when I did mine. They're not flash, but took a fair bit longer than 6 months for them to sag.

where did you get them resetted ?

Ive heard people in SA say that if done properly they are just as good as new springs, but this is in SA apparently there's a workshop that does a top notch job over there

Mine leaf springs were bought at Repco and they were heavy duty. The ride is really hard, but with all out camping ang hunting gear its great. So if your going camping or lugging alot in the back get heavy duty springs , if not just get them reset.
