Have you replaced the U bolts?
Other than that, sounds like you're set

should be able to get a set of u bolts from BBM in Kings Park or 4WD1 at Castle Hill which are both relatively close to you.

Not absolutely necessary but is highly advisable.

Unless he's from Toongabbie in VIC.
Either way BBM will post stuff anywhere real quick. Great service.
Locktup4x4 is also worth a look.

why dont ya go to a local spring maker or trailer shop and get them to make you up a set of u bolts, cheap as chips and easy for them to do.

When I bought my SWB it had 2" raised springs and the brake hoses were too tight to be comfortable when fully flexed. I would move the mount on the chassis outward and down if you can or fit longer hoses.
Now you need to fit gears and some 30-31" tyres.
Then a locker...
Then...
Then...
