Unbolt it, pull out the blocks and put shorter bolts back, also I recommend you search as this was done only a week or 2 ago.

Make sure you use a gas axe.

and be careful you dont damage the flux capacitor.
while you're at it, top of the indicator fluid too, you can get some here:

thers a few sheep on this site mate. you may need smaller bolts as well make sure there ht.

what vehicle?
Are you sure it has one?
How big a lift?
How mechanically minded are you?
Why are you taking it out?
Have things like bullbars etc been modified to match the body lift?
Will we ever hear from you again to answer any of these questions?
