Gearbox Question

Will a 2.8 GQ box fit a GU 2.8 and are the ratios the same?? 
Pretty sure the ratios are the same.
Will list them for verification off a GQ 2.8 TD
1st - 4.061:1
2nd - 2.357:1
3rd - 1.490:1
4th - 1.000:1
5th - 0.862:1
REV- 4.125:1
Gearbox model number is a FS5R30A
