Check your swaybar links, theres a balljoint that flogs out, mine developed a knock under the drivers side and when i checked underneath the swaybar link was stuffed. Easy fixed, just remoed the whole front swaybar :)
Or just check the other suspension components ie radius arm bushes etc.

Could be the radius arm bushes are flogged out. Gives a knock right under your feet.
If they are, best is genuine bushes.

could also bee a crack between floor and firewall, i had this on my passenger side about 3 years ago, got it all repaired, now the drivers side is doing it,

Or it could be your body mounts. If they flog out they shift under load or heavy vibration and give a knock that you can hear and often feel through the floor.

100% the floor around the body mount, its a common problem

cut the cracks out and weld them up

Also in the GQ/Mav bible, a few people (including myself) fixed this with shagged engines mounts. Knocks while cornering.
