Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Currently i have 4.6 gears and patrol is burnig gas like hell....i'm getting 400km per tank (25l per 100km). What do you guys suggest and what is usually used in those conversions?

if 4x4 ing 4.1, but if mainly hiway 3.9. for this conversion
