As far as I'm aware a true wedge for a RHD setup hasn't been made.

Yep, mirror image would be required.
I'd buy a RHD wedge if available. I'm about to fit a vit box and run a double uni intermediate shaft instead.

apart from the shaft not being straight is there any other reason for the wedge?
otherwise ill make a double uni shaft as well

Only to provide a bolt on solution that also better aligns the box.
In a vit the box angle allows it to clear the wheelwell/tower.

Is the link provided above an actually wedge or just a plate...? My understanding was that a wedge was required...? If something like that can be printed out and made then, I could probably get a couple made up and sell a few if others are interested...? This is of course if its just plate?

i got fitted a toyota cruiser steering box without any wedges bolted in really easy and used a vitara power steering pump and pully and filler
had to get 1 custom line made up but beside that no problems
best mod ever to do i cant imagine driving a zook without power steering.

Cruiser?
As in Land Cruiser??
Sure it's not cressida? That is quite a good fit if you're not already reworking the front of the chassis.

ok guys
pitman arms. who is using what???
short of buying one from lowrange to suit sierra and vitara, is anything else a straight bolt on?? if so what and what years??
one other quick question is the 10mm plate really necessary for the box to chassis rail mount? one of the holes aready lines up, it looks nearly easier to dill two more holes intall crush tubes and bolt it straight on.OR have I missed something??
help needed fast if possible im running out of holidays and want to go wheeling
cheers andrew

if you don't use the plate the input shaft on the box will sit at an awkward angle.

i was thinking of using another uni in the steering shaft down box end to fix this angle.
this sould work shouldn't it??
ideas on pitman joe?
