Remote Canistar Shocks OR Coil Over Shocks

Which one would be better for a GQ LWB,

Its got nearly every accessory needed( f and r lockers, hi ount warn, custom bars 3" springs 2" body)

Looking at new shocks, and im ofter some help!

They're for 2 different purposes.

Coilover shock if you're changing to a coilover setup, otherwise the remote canister, but even the remote canister will be if you need more travel from a shorter shock.

Its more the coilover shock isn't appropriate for your setup rather than the dicking around.

How hard do you punish shocks?

The advantage of a remote canister over a regular monotube is that the gas piston is removed from the bottom of the shock into the remote canister, so you can get more travel out of a given shock length. I guess it may run cooler also, but monotubes are not particularly sensitive to heat anyway. If you're not in that situation then just get regular shocks. If you work them hard - ie high speed heavy dirt then go monotubes.
