How to remove instrument cluster of 40series?

How do I remove the instrument cluster? There's 2 machine screws there which I undid, and it moved out somewhat, but I didn't want to force it out incase there's something else (e.g. cables/wires etc.) still holding it in.

Yank it. There will be a speedo cable hooking up and some plugs.

there are two lugs on cluster that hook over the bottom edge. Prise the top awayfrom the dash about 10-15mm and try and slide the whole thing skyward a little and then pull out.
As mentioned you will have spedo and cables.

you will need to unclip the speedo cable first by reaching up from under the dash then you will be able to remove it enough to remove the electical plugs
