Hi I was just wondering if anyone knows if a 60 series front drive shaft is longer then the 40 series. I have a forty and need a shaft thats 2" longer and a 60 shaft would be an easy fix if its longer.

i tried a 60 front tail shaft when i converted to a 5 speed but it was to long by about 75mm i ended up getting a spare rear tail shaft cut down to suit

Rear has to be shortened and front has to be extended. I got a front 60 series shaft with double cardan and shortened that for the front of mine.

Ring Driveline Services for a price.
