Hilux Headlight Dramas

Gday guys,
Have a drama with my 94 single cab lux headlights, keeps blowing the 10amp fuse for the driver side, however, only blows it when i click the high beam switch forward, i can pull back to just flash high beams and its ok.. Ie checked the relay, changed fuses, even changed the headlight on driver side..
And it blows low beam when i insert the feed wires for air locker switches and spotlight feed.. So this has got me stumped, any help appreciated..
