I got one done recently at Millweld in Bayswater, Vic.

Seems pretty strong and fits a 37" spare.

Good price too.

Got a rear bar, swing-out spare carrier and sliders for the price of a Kaymar rear bar.

Will try and post some pics when time permits.

Slee-offroad through Asassain Offroad in Geelong, or Strongarm by K&N, both bars are nudging the $3k mark but look better than Kaymar IMHO. Any commercially produced bar is around this price unfortunately.

Stay away from the ARB bar as there are reports popping up of the carrier failing over corrugations, along with small rocks being caught up inside the bar and rubbing away paint work/rattling amongst a few other things, and they cost more than the other bars on the market.

That millweld one looks alright, apart from the catch used to lock the swing out
