Does anyone know of an adaptor for the top of a Holley which will allow me to connect a 3" or so tube to a snorkel or Donaldson type filter?
All I can find are the standard chrome type open paper filters normally found on street cars.

Try an LPG fitting place. I've seen a few gas setups that use a cast alloy hat over the carby with a 3" hose.

you can get a elbow that fits on a impco 425 lpg mixer and it will be perfect for what you need.
depending on yoru setup however, it may fubar the airflow before the venturi's in the carb and hurt performace/economy.

The elbow that fits an impco 300a mixer usually has a similar hat to the above pic but with a rectangular mounting face, common on holden/ford/valiant lpg conversions - i think i have a couple in the shed.

Thanks for the help everyone.
I looked at a 300a elbow - they are fairly easy to get hold of but not sure how to convert the rectangular outlet to a round 3" outlet .

Yep, piece of plate with a length of 3" exhaust pipe squashed at one end and welded to the plate.

im lookin for something similar for my 670 holley, what ive found is unit something similar to what want33s posted, it is not for a gas setup though, its for putting like a cold air intake/rampod setup on a carby, alot better flowing than that one for the gas. its also polished alloy!!
im not too sure exactly what they are called but autobarn have them (or can get them atleast) i found these at autobarn in dandenong (i think??) you can get them with a single outlet or dual if you want twin snorkels.
im pretty sure you can get them with the smaller neck to suit the 350s aswell.
they also had sealed inline air filters aswell, had a rampod type filter inside it
