Sorry guys for the stupid question but what is the correct pressure to run a 31x10.5 inch goodyear tyre on a mq patrol? short wheel base

Any where from 30/35psi would be a good start,depending on what terrain or weight you will be lugging.

on road with no real load - 28-30 psi all round or 32 if you like it a bit firmer esp in a SWB with leafs

loaded heavily - 38 psi in the rear would be okay
Satnav with Teretts, now thats funny....

Thanks mate, yeh i thought it was around 35, not alot of weight and these tyres are just for on the road so i reckon i will leave em at 35

And does anyone know where to get cheap sunraysia black wheels in melbourne and what offset i should run on a mq?

If you have flares. Then just the std offset (what most call toyota offset) will be fine. All tyre places will be able to order a black ROH Track or Track2 rim. Think there normally a couple of bucks more than white.
