D/C joint at the transfer end.

DriveLine Services should be able to make you one.

I have a front shaft with a CV joint at the upper end.

It has a simple adaptor to go betweeen the CV and the output flange of the transfer.

I actually think a second CV would make it perfect.

( sorry scroll down to super flex joint in the middle of screen)

Any reason we cant use these??

What size uni would say the said drive shaft use??
Or a 91 Rangie for the intrest of curiosity.

The superflex unis will vibrate on a street truck.

I'm not sure what everybody else is running, I've got Tom Woods on both of my trucks and they're running his 1310 unis all round which are a bit bigger than Rover. That includes DC joints so it'll be interesting to see how they go, but so far so good.

If you want to step them up to 1330's or whatever Tom will do that also, but the bigger the uni the bigger the vibration.

Slunnie did you buy a complete shaft from them or just the unis and fitted them to your shaft??

I bought complete shafts from him and he was also kind enough to send me a spare yolk to keep for remote touring. I'm pretty sure he will send the uni's by themselves or whatever bits you want. I wanted larger uni joints in the shaft so needed the whole shaft rather than just replacing the uni.

So it is possible to just fit the 1310 unis to a standed rover shaft??
( as in a rrc shaft that is)

Nottie I don't believe the 1310's can be fitted to a standard shaft, the yolk ears are not big enough. The prices for the shafts are on Toms website in USD. I've just had a troll through my receipts and the billing receipts haven't got freight marked on them. but IIRC it was about $1200-1300 AUD for 2x 1310 DC shafts on my door.
