Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I have an NM Exceed with 150km. Recently it developed a noise, a kind of grinding noise. Sounds like it was out pads, pulled both wheels off and it has 85% pads left. The noise only comes on after you been braking and are almost coming to a stop.

I think it might have happened after they replaced that recall brake part recently. (was it called an actuator?)

Took it to the dealers and they inspected the brakes and said it was find and said it MIGHT be something to do with the ABS.

Its pretty loud, as i said, like its just started to run out of pads. Anyone else had similar or have any ideas?

It's unlikely to be the issue, but the first time I experienced ABS working, it felt (to me) like a stone caught in the brakes. It's not the ABS kicking in for some reason?
