i have a 92 sierra with a shagged centre .i have a spare car a 88 w/t plastic flairs, the centre out of this car has smaller flanges can they be swaped over ? .cheers ron
Bad_Zook wrote:your 92 is widetrack correct? if so- the answer is no.. your n/t will have 3.9 gears.. your wt 3.7's.. you would need to change both front and rear...
i assume your saying that your gears are shagged?
they are both W/T but have diffrent flanges can i swap the the flanges thats the question. not ratios. cheers ron
Fronts and rears are different spline count, bit all years of leafy 1.3's sierra's have the same axles diameter and spline count. 26 spline rears and 22 or 23 spline fronts (cant recall exactly which)ronoor wrote:spline is a diffrent size found out the hard way ,so a 88wt wont fit the 89 onwards. cheers ron
1 litres are smaller and will not physically bolt in to a WT housing.
