I got my die from blackwoods and the 12t bender from super cheap. I use a 19mm 3/4 drive chrome socket as the adapter between the benders piston and the die.

Just today I bought a 12t pipe bender from Trade Tools Direct at Gold Coast for $151, will try a couple of practice pieces and decide if I want to get Dawn dies...

I think you will have to go to a tube bender to get tighter radii.

I haven't seen a pipe bender die that has a better radius than the Dawn and still produces the same quality of bends. If there is one, feel free to post up.

This is assuming of course that you have moved the rollers in as far as you can?

Well a 32nb die will need 32nb tube
Use 3.2 (medium )wall tube.
Another trick is to slice a say 80mm section of 40nb pipe thru the centre and weld it to the rollers on the bender as so they dont dint the tube.
Like this 0( If you get what i mean ;)

OK so the 32nb pip slides on/in the 40nb half pip but rollers don't spin ??? how long do you leave the half pipe on each side just 80ml
