Wheel Alignment

Planning on finally getting a wheel alignment done on my Sierra in the near future.
Anyway I was wondering whether people have ever toyed around with the idea that the standard specifications for alignment should be altered to suit different size tyres? Particularly toe.
OK, Im running 31" tyres, should the toe be setup so that the measurement is as if the tyre was still a 205? ie the toe measurement from the outside of the 31s would be larger, so that the angle at the knuckle is still the same?, or should the 2mm-6mm value just remain constant?
I cannot do much about camber, so wont worry about that.
Castor; can be adjusted with castor wedges. So should this just remain as standard. I cannot see why a different tyre would dictate a different castor value.
For reference:
Suzuki FSM values:
Toe: 2-6mm
Camber: 1deg
Castor: 3deg 30'
Thanks
