So, I have an everyone lux single cab 89 diesel with a turbo. Also i have a 2007 xr6 falcon ute.

both are owned by my little company. im sick of paying 2 regos, 2 insurances and the falcon depreciates faster than i earn, well nearly.

The lease is about to end on the falcon and I can:

1) continue as i am - the falcon will get a bit cheaper this time around as its done alot of the major depreciation, but still seems a bit silly.

2) sell the falcon and survive with just the slow lux, then if i have to hire a truck for the big jobs once or twice per year if the hilux cant handle it.

3) sell the falcon and the hilux and buy a gu coil cab ute? but big dollars 25-30k.

4) sell the falcon and lux and get a gq coil cab - if i can find a good one.

5) sell falcon and get an 80/100 series diesel wagon to go with the lux.

Ok so with the lux its tax free for my private use as its a 1 tonner so i want to keep this so i can use it for me time as well without paying extra tax. a gu/gq ute would do the same.

but i do alot of towing - mostly about 1 tonne, and rack up 60 - 70, 000 k's per year, though on 1/4 of it is towing.

I used to do that all in the falcon, but it became hard to sell a 2 year old car with 150,000k's on it. then i got a lux, naw i do 80% of the k's in the lux which has somewhat made the falcon redundant.

i would love a gq but dont want to put huge k's on an expensive car.

So i though i would put it out there - I have gone full circle with ideas every week for the last 6 months and decision time is looming!

oh and i love my lux and dont want to sell it :x

Oh yeah i forgot to mention, i have a 24 foot trailer which is really efficient for some jobs, but the hilux cant tow it. whilst a patrol, crusier or falcon can.
