um,the chassis is sitting on the grass at the moment, perch is under ground, just got it home this morning, ill have to prop it up on something, cause i need to put the diffs from the hj on to it,and get ready to install the 302 clevo,im in the shites cause i have 6 cruisers now,so need to pull my finger out and get cracking, will be selling a 45 ute soon with 350 chev and turbo 400,taking what i want off the bj 42 and parting that out to,goal is to have 3 cruisers,a 60 wagon,a 60 extra cab ute and my old mid sixtys fj 40 shorty
where u bolt the rear leaf springs on,the perch as been bent, slightly twisted,i think just the one side of it if that makes sence

well looked at the shell abit today, started to jack it up in readyness to bolt diffs on,and both front spring perches on the rear are bent, just the outside parts where the shackle plate goes, ill have a crack at straightening them out,but if needed, whats involved in changing them over

oh ur talking about the spring hangers.
are they just flattened out a bit?
Get a shifter and straighten them.
Shouldnt need to cut them off
