97 hilux ac

have checked it out and according to the wiring diagram i am getting no power out of something called the air con amplifier. could someone please explain. it has heaps gas switch has power fuse is good low pressure switch has power going through so the only thing that dont work is the idle up and clutch for compressor which seem to be coming out of this amplifier. any help greatly appreciated
