80series coils in 4runner

which coils fit in the rear of a 4runner is it 80series front or rears?

and how much lift on 80series coils will equal 4inch on the 4runner.

any help would be very appreciated as ive been searching the last 3 nights in a row and all i could find is twisty on the shed said 80series coils in the rear.

They need to be standard 80 series rear coils, do not get heavy duty 80s coils or you will have no flex whatsoever, just plain old second hand 80 series comfort springs (From a GXL) will do and they should give you 4" lift over standard, however if you don't fit BJ spacers and dial the front up it will sit way too high in the rear.

arite thanks mate, superior have dobinson coils for 80series, would getting standard hieght no load coils be good?

and the front has been cut out and have trail gear ifs eliminator kit in it.

I ran a new set of Dobinsons Std. height 80 series springs (progressive coil). Gave 4" lift and road (and flexed) great. Also handled being fully loaded a lot better.
