Patrol rear calliper conversion
I am fitting a patrol rear diff with disc brakes into a CJ5 jeep and need a calliper with a hand brake setup , has anyone done this before and what calliper did you use , tailshaft handbrake is not an option , Cheers Paul.
BLOWNZUK 1.3 efi,sc14 supercharger,hilux diffs,detroit lockers,stage 4 rockhopper,6 point cage,35 muddies.
Whilst i haven't done a patrol I've used Nissan 180/200 SX 300ZX etc family calipers before
personally i like them as the handbrake mechanism and cables come out behind the diff rather then along the vehicles axis. Gives the mechanism and cables more protection.

( usual disclaimers )
It seemed like a much better idea when I started it than it does now.
