Men I have some coil spacers to go on the front of my GQ wagon

for clearance reasons I need 30mm extra Lift

Now my question is do you` Or has anyone fixed the coil spacer to either
the coil or the coil spring mount to help the spacer reseat once the spring
drops out of its seat.

As my springs drop along way from the top seat at full droop

Im worried the spacer will not seat correctly when the load comes back on the spring.

Thanks Stool

Ive been thinking along the lines of heavy duty cable ties holding the spacer to the spring and replaced before
every trip.

But Im very lazy and a more permanent fix would be tops.

Small stainless steel hose clamps and some thought, it will work well

That sounds like a winner with stainless screws set and forget

Thanks

Electrical tape wound a few times around the spring and spacer last a lot longer than you would expect. Just do it at half a dozen spots around the spring in-case one or two wear through. Mine lasted three years like that until I replaced the springs.
