I dont know about a water proof lead as such but there is a fair bit you can do to what you have.
1, make sure it is tuned up and running right first.
2, get hold of some dielectric grease ( the stuff they use on ECM's and on sensor plugs on electronic engines) and cover the inside of the HT leads with it,
3, move the coil to the highest spot in the engine bay and make sure the low voltage wires to the coil are as well insulated as they can be.

yes apart from the no brainer stuff all is sweet on the engine and everything has been treated, its just at the dizzy the rubber around the end of the leads are starting to fall away slightly so im just looking for something with a better fit.
im going to replace the leads anyway just wondering if any are better than others

just get the best quality you can. Its all about making the sparkplug the easiest path for the spark to jump. If it gets a path through water it'll take the easier option .
