You want to do a solid front axle swap ?

Not to be rude, but how old are you?
What is your mechanical background?
Why coilovers exactly?
Are you going to do the SAS yourself or pay for it to be done?
Do you know how much it will cost?
Do you know how much work is involved?
What brand of coilover are you looking for?
What link setup you planning on running?
How much travel do you want to run?
What tyre size you want to go for?
What wheelbase you thinking?
How much research have you done before posting here?
Perhaps most importantly, what is your budget?

A SAS and CO's on a vit is a pretty full on job mate. If you don't even know what diff your putting under the front then it may be better to take your vit to somewhere like cheezy racing (vic) or Overkill (nsw) or Suziworks (qld) etc. etc. However, even if you're planning on all the work yourself, it will still be farken exxy. $$$$.
If you don't know the answer to any of the above questions then perhaps you'd better rethink your plan somewhat.

If I was doing it, I'd swap both front and rear diffs for 60 or 80 series cruiser diffs to get some width and go from there. This is not a bolt in, drive away job though so be aware of the size of the task you are undertaking.

As your question is a little vague, it's hard to be of more help without further details, I will tell you though that ABT (google them or Mczook on here) stock lots of different length coilovers and could prolly offer a tonne more advice than me.

I have to be honest here though and please take it with a grain of salt, but I strongly suspect you love the idea of having a CO'd, SAS'd vit but have little idea on how to accomplish it, nor have any idea on exactly what is involved and how much time, blood, sweat and beers it will take. If you had done even an hours worth of net research, your original post would have been 10 times as specific. If this is the case, let me be the first to tell you that you have bitten off way more than you can chew, and that a 2"BL, a similar suspension lift, some guard cutting and some 31s will give you just as much fun for less than a 10th of the budget. Of course, you could be some sort of engineering wunderkind, which, if the case, I'll apologise and promise to stay out of any future threads you post. :finger:
JMO.
YMMV.

EDIT: Just saw in another thread that you were asking someone how much they wanted for their bent alloy "roll bar"! It's not looking to crash hot.

ok already got 31's under it, someone knew of a diff that could fit in the front without me having to modify the back it would save some time and $$$

i was planning on putting 80's series diffs under it and getting a set of coilovers for it, more work cause i would have to modify the rear. engineering is not a problem as the local engineer has already told me to go ahead with the 80's series diffs.
5 link front and rear is what i am after as me and a mate are doin it might as well go all out-he has done it a few times with his 4wd's that he has owned
time? well it could take from a week to 3 months depending on how much beer we drink
short wheel base vitara
37's going on it

Short Wheel base??? The question is what is you intended wheel base. You must extent the wheel base to run 37's. e.g. extent to 100" wheel base.
Would look cool if you get it done. Goodluck

That's a lot of extra bracketry and control armage underneath a car where real estate is scarce.
Maybe look in to 3-links + p/hards at either end. I'm already regretting going 4 link rear and I'm only part way through the build.

This is a better option. Have a look at A1's vit. It was a LWB, but the idea is still the same. The level of fabrication on that rig is also something to aspire too.

Layto....
