Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Heyyas.

I am getting ready to weld up my custom turbo exhaust manifold and I have a concern.

Yes, I know tb42 and td42 exhaust manifolds share the same flange shape size etc

But, I am dummying my manifold off a spare tb42 head that a mate has lent me for the job, and the exhaust port sizes on that are smaller then the port sizes on the exhaust manifold gasket by a fair margin.

What I am asking is, can anyone who has access to a TD42 head from a GQ measure the port sizes so I can compare them to the ports I am dummying the manifold off.

so u are saying the desiel factory 4.2 ports are smaller then the facttory td4.2 ports. just port a turbo on mine. maybe i should get some porting done!!!!

Naaa.....I have no idea what the TD 42 port size is. I am making my manifold off a TB42 head and just want to make sure the TD42 port size is the same before I weld it all up.
