FWH grease

guys,
I had to buy some new aftermarket FWH for my GQ Patrol today as some low life decided that they would look better on their truck than mine
anyway, the new ones I bought have NO grease in them and the fitting instructions make no mention of greasing them before fitting them.
Now I always thought that they should contain some sort of grease so they dont sieze up and the mechanism works fine.
Should I throw some HTB grease in them or not????
