Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I am installing a GT28 into a GUIII TD6 but have a clearance issue with the waste gate actuator and bracket. Due to using a adaptor the turbo drops down further than the original and the bracket fowls hosing and does not allow the turbo to bolt to the manifold. While I could re route the hose the clearance on the inner guard is minimal and would prefer it to be larger.

Positioning of the actuator cannot be moved so was wondering what options may be out there.

If anyone has a pic of a GT28 in a GU showing the actuator position it would be helpful.
