Radius arm and transfer case gear options

Hey guys.
I've got a 1990 gq, with an rb30. I've got to change the clutch and gearbox as the box is all-about stuffed and the clutch was slipping in top gear on sand on the weekend.
Before putting my spare box in i would like to fit a set of reduction gears, so i can avoid riding the clutch like i do now on rocks, and make up for the next set of tyres i wish to run.
What options are available? i wish to go for an 80%ish reduction over factory, the only ones i have come across are marks 83% gears. Fantastic product, i'm sure, just wanting to see what else is out there.
Also, The next modification will be a set of dropped radius arms to improve the front end flex of my rig. I currently run a 4'' EFS springs and shock, with castor bushes in the factory arms and some home made spacers. After fitting arms i would like to measure the flex and purchase some larger springs and shocks to suit the application, probably a 5'' set possibly with spacers.
I want maximum articulation, what would be the best arms to go for? I've heard mixed reviews about all brands and how they perform. Also, would anyone have pictures of before and after flex?
I've had a look around and couldn't find something to answer specific questions, any help you gents could offer would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers,
Mick
